CareLineLive FIRST 4 MONTHS FREE Promotion – Terms and Conditions

  1. ‘FIRST 4 MONTHS FREE’ – Pay nothing for the first 4 months of a new 12-month contract with CareLineLive.
  2. ‘FIRST 4 MONTHS FREE’ is only available to Home Care and Domiciliary Care Agencies that are new customers to CareLineLive and where the minimum monthly subscription must be at least £150 per month and is open to contracts up to a maximum number of 50 carers.
  3. The onboarding training must start within 30 days of the subscription sign-up date.
  4. Minimum contract term of 1 year applies, with an option to break the term anytime during the first 4 months for a cancellation fee of £250.00
  5. The CareLineLive monthly package also includes our Google Map-based travel time estimates (for in-between two consecutive visits) FREE OF CHARGE for the first 12 months of your contract with CareLineLive.
  6. To cancel the contract at the end of the minimum 12 month period or anytime after, a cancellation notice of 3 months is required.Post the first year’s contract with CareLineLive, customers will be charged for the Google Map-based travel time estimate or may cancel this part of their CareLineLive service.

Hastee 4 MONTHS FREE OF FEES Promotion – Terms and Conditions

  1. The Hastee 4 months ‘Free of Fees’ promotion is available to all new CareLineLive customers who sign up to Hastee within one month of becoming a new CareLineLive customer during the promotional ‘4 Month Free’ period. The promotional closing date is 31/07/20.
  2. After the 4 months ‘Free of Fees’ period, the cost of Hastee to a home care agency remains zero.
