Stay Compliant, Deliver Outstanding Care

MOA Benchmarking, purpose-built audit and continuous improvement tools, is now included as part of CareLineLive
Care compliance software for home care providers
Meeting the demands of CQC, Care Inspectorate, Care Inspectorate Wales and RQIA requires more than good intentions, it requires the right systems.
CareLineLive is NHS Digital Assured home care compliance software that digitises your records, strengthens your audit trail and gives registered managers the visibility they need to evidence quality care at every inspection. From medication administration and body maps to carer training records and care plan compliance, every element of your compliance workflow is captured, accessible and inspection-ready.

Compliance built into every part of your workflow
eMAR and medication compliance
CareLineLive’s electronic medication administration records (eMAR) ensure every medication visit is recorded accurately and in real time. The Interactive eMAR module brings MAR chart information to life, with enhanced oversight of completion codes and a sign-off capability to audit and confirm entries.
PRN (as-needed) medication is now fully supported in the platform. Carers can administer PRN medication safely, with built-in controls for dosing intervals and maximum doses within 24 hours, reducing the risk of errors and strengthening your medication compliance records.
Body Maps on the Carer Companion App
Carers can now record physical concerns visually and accurately from the Carer Companion App using Body Maps. Designed for real-world use in the field, body maps ensure that any concerns are documented clearly and immediately accessible to managers, closing the gap between what happens during a visit and what is recorded.
Clear, evidenceable body map records support CQC and Care Inspectorate requirements and demonstrate that your service responds promptly to changes in a client’s condition.

Digital forms
Digital forms are currently available on the Management Portal and soon to be available on the Carer Companion App, allowing care staff to complete and submit forms from the field without disruption to care delivery. Records are accurate, timely and instantly accessible to managers, keeping your service compliant without the paperwork.
Auditing
Whether with CQC, Care Inspectorate, Care Inspectorate of Wales or RQIA, CareLineLive’s auditing tools allow the tracking of actions made within the management platform. This gives visibility on actions made by a user as well as actions made against or to a user.
Our auditing tools are essential for providing a comprehensive overview of compliance across multiple care locations. This information can be invaluable for documenting the quality of your work, as well as supporting your regulatory compliance and performance ratings.
Carer and client reviews
Schedule carer and client reviews and spot checks to improve compliance and standards.
Training and qualification requirements for carers can be recorded and notifications for expiry reviews allow you to ensure that safety is prioritised.
A visual training matrix chart allows you to see a single chart showing every carer’s training and qualification record including gaps.

NHS Digital Assured Supplier
Market-leading functionality with CareLineLive
CareLineLive’s commitment to regulatory compliance is exemplified by our inclusion on the NHS Digital Social Care Records Assured Supplier list, demonstrating that we meet a rigorous set of criteria validating the functionality of our product suite along with robust cyber security. Our software supports various aspects of a care organisation by digitising records, facilitating audits and promoting efficient workflows.
Software providers on the Assured Supplier list commit to a continuously evolving development pathway that meets NHS and regulatory expectations. CareLineLive supports this with PRN medication management and Interactive eMAR now live, and MODS (the Minimum Operational Dataset) in active development. MODS will establish a standardised minimum data specification for direct care, enabling data to transfer easily between systems and significantly enhancing the quality and accessibility of care information across providers.
