FAQs

Are all the features included in the price? And what happens when you introduce a new feature?

Yes. All CareLineLive’s features are included in the price and there are no additional costs as we roll out additional functionality over time.

Can you match a price with what another software provider is charging?

This will depend on who we are price matching with but we will try to price match if we can.

What length of contract do you offer?

Contracts are typically for 12 months although some customers negotiate a longer term.

Do you charge for admin licences?

There is no charge for admin licenses. Unlimited licences for office-based users are included free-of-charge. You simply pay per carer, per month. 

How much do you charge for support?

We do not charge for support. Even phone support is provided (to carers, managers and administrative staff alike) at no additional cost.

How much for onsite training?

On-site training costs £600+vat per day.

How much is the onboarding?

Onboarding is up to a maximum of £300 + vat. 

Can you buy out a contract that we are not happy with?

In certain circumstances, we may be able to offer CareLineLive at a minimal charge for a short, limited period to cover your existing contract. A copy of your current agreement may be required.

How often do your prices increase?

We review our prices annually and review each customer’s price at the anniversary date of their contract term.

We have bank staff, how does this work?

A licence is needed for any carer who is scheduled – looking at weekly averages – for more than one hour per week.

My carer numbers fluctuate or I have zero hour contract staff – how does this work?

We look at the average over a quarter of how many carers are scheduled on a weekly basis. If the average is over the minimum monthly contracted number, we will advise you of the increase and apply from the following month.

If I have multiple services does it cost less?

Our pricing is based only on the number of users using the CareLineLive Carer Companion app.

How much do I get to refer your service to another provider?

All contracts are subject to a minimum monthly fee of £100 per month + VAT
Initial contract requires a 12 month commitment, after which there is an option to choose 3 month rolling contracts. 12 month fixed term contracts benefit from discounted prices. 
Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. For customers outside the UK, subject to your VAT standing, Euro prices could be free of VAT.
