  1. ‘FIRST 4 MONTHS FREE’ – Pay nothing for the first 4 months of a new 12-month contract with CareLineLive.
  2. ‘FIRST 4 MONTHS FREE’ is only available to UKHCA Member Home Care and Domiciliary Care Agencies that are new customers to CareLineLive and where the minimum monthly subscription must be at least £150 per month and is open to contracts up to a maximum number of 50 carers.
  3. The onboarding training must start within 30 days of the subscription sign-up date.
  4. Minimum contract term of 1 year applies. After the first 4 months, customers will be invoiced their monthly subscription cost on a monthly basis.
  5. The CareLineLive monthly package also includes our Google Map-based travel time estimates (for in-between two consecutive visits) FREE OF CHARGE for the first 12 months of your contract with CareLineLive.
  6. After the introductory ‘FIRST 4 MONTHS FREE’ minimum 12 month contract, customers will be charged their subscription fee on a monthly basis. Therein the cancellation notice period is 3 months.
  7. Post the first year’s contract with CareLineLive, customers will be charged for the Google Map-based travel time estimate or may cancel this part of their CareLineLive service.
  8. A cancellation of the contract anytime within the free 4-month period will incur a cancellation fee of £250.00
  9. This offer is only available to new contracts signed by 30/06/20 and is inclusive of remote onboarding. On-site onboarding and training available at an additional cost.

  14. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
  15. By redeeming this Promotion, the UKHCA Member Home Care and Domiciliary Care agency agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  16. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
