CareLineLive has a host of awards in it’s trophy cabinet. Check out the history below.
In 2024 we entered the UK Fast Growth 50 Index meaning that CareLineLive is one of the fastest growing companies in the South of England.
Our most recent win was an unexpected double! Not only did CareLineLive win the award for Best Healthcare Software but also the very special Patient’s Choice award at the Building Better Healthcare Awards 2023. This award showcased our partnership with South Eastern Health & Social Care Trust in Belfast.
Following a 2,400-strong reader vote and an independent judging panel the final ranking of the HealthTech 50 placed CareLineLive at number 2. The previous year (2022) were were placed at number 26 – a strong improvement reflecting all that CareLineLive achieved in the previous 12 months.
We were awarded Best Carer Companion App in the 2023 Private Healthcare Awards. These global awards recognise some of the most innovative private healthcare companies in the world and those chosen “Breathe life into the medical landscape and aid those in need, to further advance the scientific field so that generations upon generations can thrive”.
This nomination is in the Technology category of the Social Care Premier Supplier Awards. These are given to social care suppliers who excel in quality products and services that make a real difference to the user.
We were nominated for the prestigious LaingBuisson Awards awards. We were selected in the Public Private Partnership category for our work with the Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust. In the first 11 months of having CareLineLive in place, the Trust have saved an incredible 13,000 bed days without any additional admin overhead.
CareLineLive was recognised as highly commended by the 2022 Tech Nation Upscale program. Tech Nation helps the UK’s most promising tech companies to accelerate their growth and unlock the key to scaling successfully.
In 2022 CareLineLive entered the Business Cloud HealthTech 50, officially recognised as one of the UK’s most innovative health technology creators.
CareLineLive Founder Josh Hough was shortlisted for the Young Entrepreneur of the Year category at the 2022 Great British Entrepreneur Awards for the London & East of England region. The nomination was the only one representing the home care sector.
In both 2021 and 2022 CareLineLive reached the finals of the Tomorrow’s Care awards.
In 2021 CareLineLive was shortlisted for the Leaders in Care Awards. The awards recognised the huge surge in the use of technology during the pandemic and honoured those suppliers that came up with innovative solutions that streamlined business processed and improved client outcomes.
The Care Sector Supplier Awards celebrate the very best service and supplier companies who look after their customers in the care sector. In 2021 CareLineLive was shortlisted for the Management Software category for bringing innovation to our home care customers.
CareLineLive was the winner of the Best Elderly Care Technology Solution in 2021’s Health Tech Digital Magazine Awards. We were chosen for helping home care agencies save time by digitising processes and helping carers spend less time on paperwork and be more informed so that they can deliver better care to their clients.
Continuing in a theme of young entrepreneur awards, Josh was nominated as a finalist in the South East Great British Entrepreneur Awards.
CareLineLive received a High Commendation in the 2020 Home Care Awards in the Best Technology category.
CareLineLive won the Best Cloud-Based Homecare Management System award at the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Awards in both 2019 and 2020.
Amongst tough competition in 2019 CareLineLive reached the final of both the Business Innovation Award and the Best Enterprising Business Award.
We were nominated for these awards because of our constant drive to lead the home care technology market, not stand still and innovate to provide customers with the future of care management systems today.

Back in 2017 CareLineLive won the award for Innovation and Technology at the Gatwick Diamond Business Awards.

In 2018 Josh won a place on the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program at the Said Business School, University of Oxford. The focus of this course was how to scale and grow businesses.
In 2015 Josh won the Young Achiever Award for Business Matters.
