What does a Full Stack Developer do at CareLineLive do?

To me, being a developer means taking ideas and turning them into something real and meaningful.

Describe a typical day

Every day is dynamic and never quite the same. I’m constantly bouncing between different projects and tasks, whether it’s supporting the team by troubleshooting an ongoing issue, implementing new features in an existing project, or diving into a completely new project.

Best part of the job

I love the process of starting with a concept, sometimes just a rough vision and figuring out how to bring it to life.

Worst part of the job

The worst part of the job is juggling quality and speed, trying to release fixes and features that work well, but doing it fast.

What do you enjoy most about working at CareLineLive?

We’re a tight-knit group that works together really well. There’s a real sense of collaboration and support, which makes tackling challenges a lot more rewarding. I also really enjoy the technology
stack we work with.

What is something that people in home care have to deal with that you want to help fix?

The need for innovative solutions to everyday issues. I want to help streamline processes and enhance efficiency, even in the smallest aspects of their work.

Surprising or a fun fact about you
