What does being a Sales Manager at CareLineLive mean to you?

Every day, I have the privilege of consulting with homecare businesses, showcasing the incredible benefits of CareLineLive. It’s exciting to demonstrate how this software could be one of the best decisions they’ve made in a long time—for both their business and their service users!

Describe a typical day

A typical work day would have me doing demonstrations of our all-in-one homecare software management system to prospective customers as well as keeping my finger on the pulse of the ever changing landscape of the care sector in the UK.

Why did you join CareLineLive?

After spending nearly 11 years in workforce management software and selling similar solutions to the cleaning sector, I was ready for an exciting new challenge in 2025. Even better, I now have the opportunity to work closely with Richard, Director of Group Sales, whom I’ve known throughout my entire career in software!

Best part of the job

I love solving problems for my customers, and doing so in the care sector is especially rewarding. Knowing that the solutions I provide directly impact service users makes the work even more meaningful and fulfilling.

Worst part of the job

The most challenging part of the job is occasionally being unable to deliver the desired outcome due to specific requirements.
