Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
- All persons who have completed the survey, detailed their email address and have agreed to being included in the prize draw will be entered into the Carer Survey prize draw.
- Only one entry per a person. The entrant must be an employee of a CareLineLive customer.
- There will be one prize of 1x £100 Love2shop gift card for the Carer Survey. The prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
- The winner from the Carer Survey will be selected at random and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The winner will be notified of their prize win by 11th June 2021 to organise delivery of their prize.
- This prize draw is only open to CareLineLive customers and their employees.
- CareLineLive reserves the right to cancel or remove this prize draw at any time.
- The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this prize draw, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
- If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
- By entering this prize draw, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
