Most of our product demos happen over Microsoft Teams – it’s quick, convenient and works brilliantly for many home care providers. But when it comes to larger organisations, there’s something special about meeting face-to-face.
Bigger teams often have more people who want to be part of the demo process, and hosting it on-site makes it much easier for everyone to get involved. It also gives us the chance to deliver an even more personalised experience.
We genuinely love getting out to meet prospective customers in person. Every demo we do is tailored to the individual provider, but seeing your team in action – in your own space – adds a valuable layer of context. It allows us to better understand your day-to-day operations, challenges and how our solution can fit right in.
It’s also a great chance to build real, human connections. Trust and rapport are essential in this industry, and there’s nothing quite like a good chat over a coffee to get that started. (Plus, we usually bring a few freebies along for the ride!) You’ll also benefit from:

Is an on-site demo right for you?
We typically reserve in-person demos for home care providers with 50 or more carers, and usually within a two-hour drive of one of our Sales Managers. With team members based in the South East, South West, Midlands and the North, we’ve got good coverage – so there’s a good chance we’re nearby.
