Sonia Terrell was nominated by Sue Waterfield owner of Sunnylives Support based in Southampton

Sue said “Sonia has been with us for 4 years, she is the most compassionate and caring of carers, and she is professional in all that she does. We have a client with a behaviour plan and many carers refuse to attend. Sonia says he is 11 out of 10, I agree. She treats him with such dignity and respect and ensures that he is the centre of the call. Person-centred should have a picture of Sonia under it in the dictionary. Nothing is beyond her remit, she goes above and beyond for everyone including other staff.
