Smooth static data imports
This will most likely be useful to you if your existing data can be exported into csv.
We’ll help you bring across your existing data (like staff, service users, reviews and historical notes) into the system. We’ll guide you through formatting, securely process your data and ensure it’s ready for use.
Personalised training
Our onboarding includes up to three structured training sessions, designed to build your confidence and ensure your team gets the most out of the platform so you can get up and running with CareLineLive as quickly and effectively as possible.
There’s also a library of support videos and articles which can give you the answer at the click of a button.
