Our Product and Development teams have been hard at work bringing multiple updates to CareLineLive. These will be live very soon and here is a sneak peak at what to expect.
Documents, documents, documents
We carried out a feature request survey recently and received a large number of suggestions on improvements and tweaks to the software. Many of these were in relation to document management so for July that has been our development focus.
Document tags
Introducing Tags for Documents, a new feature designed to enhance the organisation of documents within the Documents folder for both Clients and Carers. By assigning tags to documents, you can enable quick identification through filters and visual cues. This functionality allows you to group documents under specific tags and then filter the document list accordingly.
Tag management
Tags are centrally managed within the Settings menu, where they can be created, customised (with 35 colours to choose from), merged, and deleted. The merging function allows you to consolidate categories by merging two or more tags into a single existing tag.
Multiple document upload
We have streamlined the process of uploading multiple documents simultaneously. You can now select the relevant documents from your file explorer which will be added to the upload document screen. Here you will be able to input the necessary information (including the new tags feature) against each document before completing the upload process.
Document selection – bulk actions
A new multiple document selection tool allows you to select multiple documents and perform actions on them. Selecting a document will prompt a floating action menu, where you can ‘Star’, ‘Archive’, or ‘Delete’ the selected documents.
Pagination update
We have implemented another quality-of-life improvement. If you prefer to view 50 or 100 clients per page and often adjust the pagination settings, the July update will allow you to make this change once, and CareLineLive will save this setting for you.
