We’re thrilled to announce a new award recognising the incredible individuals who make home care services possible. The Home Care Hero Award celebrates ALL team members—carers, managers, care coordinators, field care staff, and more, who deliver exceptional service in their roles. This replaces our previous Star Carer Award.
The Home Care Hero Award is inclusive of all team members, encompassing carers, managers, care coordinators, field care senior staff, assessors and beyond – essentially, every individual within your team! It is up to you to nominate individuals who demonstrate exceptional support, provide exceptional care, or excel in their managerial roles.
There are individuals who excel in their roles but often go unrecognised for their valuable contributions. These dedicated individuals are devoted in their work life year-round, often sacrificing the opportunity to create cherished memories with their loved ones on special occasions, to ensure that the lives of others are as good as they can be.
The award will be presented quarterly, with prizes awarded to the winner and one runner-up. First prize will be a £100 voucher and the runner up will receive a £50 voucher.
The deadline for the Autumn Award is Tuesday 24th September. Please note you may only nominate one hero per branch / home care agency.
