What does the HR Manager for CareLineLive do?
I am responsible for overseeing CareLineLive’s HR functions, ensuring that our employees are happy and supported, policies are followed and that we are all working in a fair and legal environment.
Describe a typical day
No two days are the same. One day I could be focusing on recruitment and onboarding and the next, I am writing additional policies and implementing attractive benefit schemes. All of which attracted me to the industry.

Best part of the job
The best part of being an HR Manager is making a positive impact on both employees and the company. It’s rewarding to help create a good work environment, support employee growth and solve problems. Seeing people feel valued and engaged is what makes the job fulfilling.
Worst part of the job
The worst part of being an HR Manager is handling tough situations like employee conflicts or disciplinary issues. It can be challenging to manage these while keeping the work environment positive.

Surprising or a fun fact about you
I’m married with two young boys, George who is six and Edward who is almost two. As a family of four, we absolutely love travelling and are always on the lookout for somewhere to explore. I’m half Algerian and on my fathers side we proudly identify as Berber, an indigenous ethnic group.
