Evaran has announced the appointment of James Frampton as its new General Manager/Managing Director for the UK for it’s home care software brand CareLineLive ((known as Evaran Home Care in Australia and New Zealand).
Frampton has joined the business to help guide Evaran’s strategic direction and drive growth across the global business.
He comes with a strong tech background, having previously worked at SugarCRM as its Chief Revenue Officer.
James Frampton said: “I’ve been with the organisation for a few weeks now, and I’m already impressed by the depth of knowledge, experience, and commitment across the business.
“One of the things that appealed to me about Evaran was the chance to help shape a business where technology can make a genuine difference to the day-to-day experience of people working in and receiving care.”
Evaran operates several established brands in the care software space including CareLineLive, MOA, eCase and Checked In Care.

Frampton says the company wants to make life easier for care providers by cutting admin and improving systems. He also notes that care is now a major part of the national conversation.
“Social care in the UK is more than a target market. It has become part of the national conversation, and rightly so. We want to make life a little easier for the people running care organisations and for the care teams doing an incredibly demanding and often under-appreciated job.”
