Your name and age?

Domiciliarious Cliveosaurus, but you can just call me Clive – it saves on fossil fuel. I’m not sure of my age… let’s just say I’m prehistoric enough to pre-date the internet!

What does a digital dinosaur do at CareLineLive?

I’m part of the support team, gently holding paws with new customers learning how to use CareLineLive.
When my old home care agency first introduced tech, I was a fossil fumbling with buttons. But CareLineLive is so easy to use that even a dinosaur can manage. Now I help show other care staff just how simple it can be.

I work claw-in-hand with CareLineLive’s amazing support team, helping new customers take their first stomps into the digital world. As the top-rated home care software provider on Trustpilot, we make sure going digital is dino-mite rather than daunting. My job? To prove that if a prehistoric beast like me can master CareLineLive, any care team can evolve too – no meteor strike required.

Where do you live?

I reside in the Marketing Cave alongside all my dino pals. Once the humans leave, we sneak into the meeting room, raid Josh’s hidden Coke* stash, crank the tunes, and roar into a proper dinosaur disco. “Walk the Dinosaur” by Was (Not Was) is the best – it’s my party anthem. We’ll also turn on the TV and binge-watch Jurassic Park… shouting at the screen when they get the dinosaurs wrong.

Describe a typical day

No day is ever extinct-ly the same. The marketing team apparently sees me as their stone-cold model – so I’m always saur-ing my way into the spotlight posing for photos and reels. With all this attention, I reckon the Flintstones would’ve had me modelling stone tablets too – yabba dabba doing my bit for CareLineLive!

I also stomp along to trade shows, meeting care heroes across the home care world. Plus, I’m the Emotional Support Dinosaur – a shoulder to nuzzle when staff get frazzled. I’ve got my eye on HR Jess to see if I can join Monicka on the Mental Health First Aider training… let’s hope I don’t trip over my tail!

Why did you join the CareLineLive support team?

Because they prove that even ancient beasts have a place in modern care software. Plus, they don’t mind if my walk is more of a shuffle.

Best part of the job?

Stomping around trade shows and posing for the socials – it’s dino-mite! And being able to help carers feel confident in tech? That’s the real Jurassic joy.

Most challenging part of the job?

Trying not to knock over the computer screens with my tail during a photoshoot is a real hazard. Also, explaining that “RAWR” isn’t a login credential.

Pet peeve?

People who say “dinosaurs can’t do digital.” Watch me!

What do you most enjoy about working at CareLineLive?

The human (and prehistoric) camaraderie! This team cares about care, and that makes every day something to roar for.

What is something that people in home care have to deal with that you want to help fix?

That thinking software has to be tech-heavy, complex and costly – that’s dino-myth territory. I want to show providers that streamlined, user-friendly, affordable systems are not extinct.

Surprising or a fun fact about you

I tried touch-typing once, but my claws kept hitting six keys at once. At least my fossil cookie stash in the cupboard only requires one paw.
