For customers looking to transfer data electronically from a previous management system, we will provide our data import spreadsheet templates which allows you to import static data like Client and Care Details and Important Contacts, Client and Carer Journal Entries and Reviews. We will guide you on how to populate them with your data and work with you to get the data imported in a timely fashion.

A smooth, structured onboarding journey

Your onboarding journey with CareLineLive is broken down into manageable, clearly defined steps, starting with two key things: a dedicated support team and access to our e-learning platform. From there, you’ll build confidence quickly and get the help you need at every stage.

Here’s what to expect:

  • Onboarding session 1 (45 minutes): Learn the basics, create user accounts, set up teams, and input your first client and carer contracts. You’ll get instant access to self-paced training so you can build your skills right away.
  • Pre-session learning: You’ll complete seven short e-learning modules (taking up to 2 hours total) and input basic data for a few clients and carers. Our team will also help you migrate your existing data using simple templates. Concerned about losing information? Don’t be. Most static data – from names and contact details to historic journal entries – can be imported quickly, and care plans and assessments can be uploaded as documents to each profile.
  • Onboarding session 2 (2.5 hours): This is where the system really starts to come to life. You’ll learn how to create care schedules, make bookings, and assign tasks for your carers – right down to medication prompts and eMAR reports.
    This session is also available as a time stamped pre-recorded video so that you also can opt to learn at your own pace.
  • Onboarding session 3 (up to 2 hours): Once you’re up and running, we’ll introduce you to invoicing, payroll, reporting and compliance tracking – unlocking even more of CareLineLive’s power to save you time and improve service quality.

And we don’t leave you after the training ends. Our support team is always on hand via phone and email, so you’re never left stuck or wondering what to do next.
