Behind every smooth-running system is a team making sure everything works exactly as it should. At CareLineLive, that responsibility sits with our dedicated Support Team – a group focused on keeping customers confident, supported and always up and running.

You’ll meet all the team when you call or email our support service. Each team member also takes their turn in delivering our regular Customer Masterclasses.

Donovan Fourie (Donnie) is the Customer Support Team Lead and oversees the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring customers receive timely and effective assistance. He works closely with the team to guide investigations, oversees the onboarding process, manage escalations and maintain high support standards across all cases. By collaborating with other departments and streamlining internal processes, Donnie ensures issues are resolved efficiently while continuously improving the overall support experience.

Jamie Zinzan (known by the team as Jay) is our Senior Support Technician and the go-to escalation point for complex technical issues. With a strong analytical approach, he investigates problems from multiple angles, thoroughly testing and replicating issues to identify their root cause. Jay produces detailed reports for our development team, helping them implement fixes more quickly and efficiently, and he often contributes directly to those solutions himself. When Donovan is unavailable, customers can rely on Jay to step in and manage escalations with confidence.
Supporting them are three skilled Support Technicians – Lewis Harman, Emma Roberts and Brandon Lodge – each bringing their own strengths to the team.

Lewis Harman is known for his methodical approach to problem-solving. He takes the time to fully understand each issue, ensuring that solutions are not just quick, but correct and long-lasting. His attention to detail helps prevent repeat issues and builds trust with customers.

Brandon Lodge adds energy and adaptability to the group. Always ready to jump in and help, Brandon thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly. His proactive mindset helps keep things moving and ensures that customers are never left waiting.
Together, the Support Team plays a vital role in the CareLineLive experience. They are not just solving problems – they are helping care providers stay focused on what matters most: delivering outstanding care.
