You spoke, we listened
We understand that as busy home care managers and operators, you always need smarter, more intuitive tools that support you every day. In this update, we’re sharing new additions to our Mobile App, including Body Maps and Forms, alongside Management Portal enhancements such as Interactive eMAR, PRN Medication improvements, Rounds visibility, and larger font sizes for improved accessibility and ease of use, ensuring each feature is designed with your convenience in mind.
These updates are designed to streamline care delivery, strengthen oversight and better support carers in the field.
Mobile App additions
Two of the most requested features from the Management Portal are making their way to the mobile app.
Body Maps
Launching in March through a phased rollout, Body Maps will allow carers to record concerns visually and accurately from the app. It is simple, secure and designed for real-world use. Similar use of Body Maps will be rolled out in other areas in due time.
Forms
Following shortly afterwards, digital forms will streamline administrative tasks for carers on the move, helping teams stay compliant with minimal disruption.
Transformative updates for the Management Portal
Interactive eMAR: Made for practical use
Our new Interactive eMAR module brings your MAR Chart information to life, making it easier than ever to review and manage medication records. This dynamic module highlights key MAR details and allows you to interact directly with the information, giving you enhanced oversight of completion codes and overall chart activity.
In addition, a new sign-off capability enables you to confidently audit and confirm MAR Chart entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all records.
PRN Medication
The platform will soon support PRN medication, extending your existing medication management functionality. With this feature, users can administer PRN medication safely and accurately, taking into account critical criteria such as dosing intervals and maximum allowable doses within 24 hours. This ensures improved compliance and reduces the risk of errors for as-needed medications.
View multiple days in a round
Managing care schedules across multiple days is about to get even more easier. We’re adding a new multi-day grid view for rounds, similar to the roster grid. It enables you to:
- View multiple days at once
- Spot scheduling gaps quickly
- Navigate across one to three week periods with ease
This saves you time and improves oversight of bookings and staffing.
PDF invoices and font sizes
We’re making key documents more accessible with larger font sizes for exports. Starting with invoices, you’ll be able to export documents in a format that is easier to read, especially for users with visual impairments. This improvement will soon extend to other exports across the platform, helping ensure important information is clear and accessible for all users.
