Meeting nationally and internationally recognised standards is an important goal for software providers. These standards provide a high degree of assurance for customers that our software feature set is of the range and quality that home care providers need whilst meeting the highest standards in terms of cyber security. These accreditations also show that the organisation behind it has been thoroughly vetted.

Each of these standards continues to evolve so a decision to purchase from an accredited supplier provides the reassurance that the software will continue to be developed, and supported to meet the ever evolving needs of the sector.

CareLineLive’s ever expanding list of accreditations includes ISO 9001 and ISO 27001. ISO 9001 is an internationally recognised set of standards that help organisations ensure they meet quality management principles, statutory and regulatory requirements. The system covers organisational goals and aspirations, policies, processes, documented information, and resources needed to implement and maintain it.

ISO 27001 deals with information security management and sets out the policies and procedures needed to protect organisation and includes all the risk controls (legal, physical and technical) necessary for robust IT security management.

All data for our UK customers is hosted in the UK and for Australian customers it is hosted in Australian data centres to ensure data sovereignty.

As well as these internationally recognised standards of information security we also meet a number of prestigious standards in the UK:

CareLineLive is the ONLY homecare management software provider to have achieved this prestigious combination of accreditations.

Does your current home care management software provider meet all these standards?
